Generally, our assistance involves, inter alias, pre-IPO examination and restructuring, preparing or reviewing the Management and Underwriting Agreement, conducting legal due diligence and issuing report to the SECC, preparing disclosure forms for shareholders, directors and senior officers of the listing company, briefing the listing company of the publicity and advertisement restriction, conducting director briefing and all other securities-related obligations.
