Members of our Energy & Resources Practice Group have more than 10 years experience advising the Royal Government of Cambodia on oil and gas matters, including assisting with drafting, negotiation and finalization of numerous production sharing contracts, petroleum agreements, study agreements and other contracts.

Our upstream and midstream expertise includes exploration and production (including the drafting and negotiation of PSCs, JOAs and other project agreements), offtake, refinery and petrochemical projects, shipping and transportation (including FPSO and Floating LNG), joint ventures, acquisitions and divestments, finance, and disputes. Our downstream experience includes joint ventures, acquisitions and divestments, and advising on regulatory, licensing, environmental, property, retail, competition, employment, transportation, corporate and import/export aspects of downstream businesses.
