NEC Press Release: Immediate Halt of Action against the Election Law
On 6 June 2023, the National Election Committee ("NEC") issued a press release no. 004 calling for the immediate halt of any and all actions that are contrary to the election law. Cambodia is having its general election of members of National Assembly of the 7th Legislature (2023) in July 2023.

Exemption of Public Service Fees of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction
On 22 May 2023, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction ("MLMUPC") issued a joint Prakas No. 312 on the Exemption of Public Service Fees of the MLMUPC under which public service fees of the MLMUPC shall be exempted for certain services. This Update provides further details on the prescribed exemptions.
